These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kiran Jewellery House mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the App

The app provides live gold and silver rate information, bullion booking facilities, and online jewellery shopping services offered by Kiran Jewellery House and Kiran Ornaments, Varanasi.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Live Rates & Market Information

• Gold, silver, RTGS, market, MCX, and spot rates displayed in the app are for information purposes.
• Rates may change without prior notice based on market conditions.
• Final booking or order price is confirmed at the time of transaction as per applicable rules.

4. Bullion Bookings

• Bullion bookings placed through the app are subject to verification and acceptance by us.
• Payment must be completed as instructed. Bookings may be cancelled if payment is not received within the specified time.
• Pickup, delivery, or settlement terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Online Jewellery Orders

• Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations in colour or weight may occur.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order acceptance.
• Shipping, delivery timelines, and return/refund rules apply as per our return policy.

6. Payments

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment providers. All applicable taxes and charges will be added as per law.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or its servers.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
• Resell or commercially exploit app content without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including logos, text, images, rate displays, and software — is owned by or licensed to Kiran Jewellery House. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including market fluctuations, network issues, or third-party service failures. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order or booking.

10. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
